“I’ll finish you off quickly! And show how pathetic you are in front of them!!”
Isaac dashed towards Yuugo like the wind the moment the duel started.
He swung the sword in his right hand horizontally to slash Yuugo’s torso, and Yuugo clicked his tongue with surprise.
(He’s faster than I thought!)
It took less than a second for Isaac to step forward and get Yuugo within the range of his attacks.
Yuugo was surprised by this display of speed, but just barely managed to step back, avoiding this first strike.
As for Isaac, he was seemingly not expecting Yuugo to dodge that, but despite the surprise on his face, he was still just as calm.
He stepped forward again to chase Yuugo, and began to attack with his twin swords.
“Twin Sword Tempest!! How long can you keep dodging!? Hora! Hora! Horaah!!”
“Tch…!!”
Isaac swung his swords so fast that Yuugo had trouble following them with his eyes, as a storm of slashes raged against him.
Yuugo was succeeding in dodging by jumping back as he had done before, but there was no way for him to even think about breaking through this situation where he was pushed on the defensive.
Phi and the others watched on with worry, while Isaac cornered Yuugo with a mad smile on his face.
“Fu, hihihi…! Yes, this is a good opportunity. I’ll take Melt and An. If by some unfortunate accident during the duel you’re rendered beyond recovery, they’ll be unattached. And then I’ll do as I please. Claire is such a good girl, offering not just herself, but adding more members to my harem too!!”
“You really like going on about your harem…! They’re not things, you know!?”

A dull sound echoed behind Yuugo.
He turned around with surprise, and gulped when he realized he was backed against the wall.
This was what Isaac wanted. Yuugo was unable to jump back any more, and he saw Isaac stop his continuous slashes, and instead cross his arms.
“It ends here! X Slash!!”
“Uoooh!?”
Isaac kept the swords together, as he utilized the explosive power of the speed with which he stepped forward.
He approached Yuugo faster than the wind, and drew an X as he swung his swords.
The sound of the sharp slashes echoed, and Isaac felt the swords slash something hard.
But once he realized it was not the armor Yuugo was wearing, he snorted a little and turned around.
“Too bad, too bad. Just a bit more, and that antiquated armor would be scrap…!!”
“T-that was close…! It’d be really bad if that hit me…?”
Yuugo jumped high, up and over Isaac the moment he attacked, and whispered to himself while looking at X shaped marks on the wall.
Even with Blaster’s defensive power and a magic wall, such power would leave a mark on him as well.
Phi and the others, who had been nervously watching so far, spoke about Isaac.
“Isn’t he too strong!? Yuugo’s fully on the defensive!”
“There are the super fast attacks too, but that attack he used to end the duel was no joke either. If that hit, it’d be over.”
“That’s why Isaac’s been finishing duels in one hit. I’m surprised Yuugo can even react to that, but Isaac has even more speed and power…!?”
Yuugo was fully on the defensive, but putting on a good fight compared to the others Isaac dueled.
Isaac’s high speed attacks really did finish duels in one hit. Plenty of students fell to that way of fighting right after the duels started, without ever knowing what happened to them.
Still… It was too one-sided.
Phi could not bear to watch as his brother simply withstood Isaac’s fierce attacks, and yelled loudly.
“Big brother, the violet armor! It should be able to take those attacks!”
“No. It’s tough, but too heavy. It reduces the damage, but it’ll make it impossible to counterattack. And then it’ll really be over when it can’t take his attacks anymore.”
“But…! Then what…!?”
Phi let out a groan, despairing over being unable to find a solution.
He was plagued with anxiety and panic over the thought of his brother losing, when Yuugo’s voice reached his ears.
“Don’t worry, Phi. Remember what I said before. If you believe in me, I can’t lose. So don’t worry and watch.”
“But big brother…!!”
“It’s all right. I already know his weakness, and I’m about to show it.”
“…Eh?”
Everyone, not just Phi, was taken aback by that.
Yuugo said it so casually, that they were late to react… But Yuugo really did say he knew Isaac’s weakness.
What did he see during that purely defensive fight? Was he just bluffing to reassure Phi, or did he actually find a weakness?
“Eh… You know my weakness? Go ahead and tell me then, for future reference.”
“Ou, fine. If I had to point out one thing…”
Yuugo was completely unperturbed, even as Isaac did not take him seriously and tried to instigate him.
After thinking about it for a second, Yuugo pointed at Isaac and answered.
“You have a zero point one second opening!!”
