“Well then, I’m done squaring the skills, I think I’ll roll the gacha.”
“Wasn’t it one roll away from being empty?”
“You said it shines when you empty it! I want to see it!”
“I just hope the cost doesn’t go up too much…”
A single capsule costs four levels right now, so I need to be at least level forty-one, but if it gets to eight, my pace is going to go down. Last time it updated, it wasn’t that hard to go up to level forty, but this time, I just happened to be level one and skyrocketed. Going up to level eighty-one without low level compensation sounds really hard.
Look at Ayane. She’s been with me for a few days, but she’s only gone up to level seventy. Well, she didn’t go to the high rank dungeon or fought the Emperor Goblin, but still.
Low level compensation really is important…
“Considering the cost and the growth rate, it is too bad the single spin button got removed early on.”
“Yes. If it was still there, he wouldn’t have to save levels, and could spend them in the early stages…”
Say Aira and Maki as they look at the ten spins button.
Yes, there would be a high chance of getting SR now, even if I didn’t save up until I could get ten. From that point of view, there isn’t much merit to the ten spins button.
But…
“But I wonder if there wouldn’t be some sort of demerit to using that button, compared to how Level Gacha is now.”
Like the cost of a single capsule going up more easily, or each update giving fewer capsules.
Both are scary.
“Oh well, there’s no point in thinking about it now, so I’ll just press it.
Clank claaaaaank!
I get one green, two purples, six reds, and one blue.

‘0/100 remaining’
Ayane learned Command II, so my stats have swelled to one point seven times their original values. I should have everyone learn Command III, but I don’t think Aki and Maki would like that, especially since Maki doesn’t want to be out in dungeons. I should assume I’m only going to fight with these stats in the Heart Dungeon.
Anyway, I have two new skills, Jump and Spatial Magic… The first is easy to understand, but what does the second do? It sounds cool, even if I don’t know what it’s about, so I’ll try it out later.
And after a bit, the capsule machine starts glowing.
“What color is it going to be this time?”
Everyone’s eyes are on the machine, that eventually stops glowing. And then, it changes like before, this time from red to purple.
I guess it went from SR to SSR.
“That’s a mature color.”
“Haha, I guess.”
I say to Ayane.
The sticker in front has changed too.
‘Version up! The effects of power up items have increased!’
‘Version up! The level cost has gone from four to six!’
‘Version up! Since the user has only used the ten spins button, the maximum capacity has increased!’
‘Version up! The owner’s luck has gone over the value for the R rank to be discontinued!’
‘Version up! The machine has been upgraded enough times to be equipped with free gacha!’
‘The minimum amount of SSR or above capsules from ten spins has gone up to three!
‘130/130 remaining’
“Okay, that’s good!”
It’s just sixty. This is huge!
There are more changes too. R capsules are gone, and I welcome this change, because they always wasted one or two of the status boosting item slots.
But free gacha… It’s where the one spin button originally was. Is this only usable once?
Should I try it?
“Let’s just press it.”
‘Claank.’
I get five blue capsules.
『R Physical Strength +15』
『R Constitution +18』
『R Agility +18』
『R Intelligence +15』
“Wao.”
I thought I was only getting one for free, but I got five. I guess this is where R went.
Also, the free gacha button is now dark, and nothing happens when I press it.
“Did I use them all…? Or are there conditions?”
If it was supposed to not be used again, it would disappear like the one spin button, so I can only assume it will come back when I fulfill some sort of condition.
Is it one press per day? If it was, that would really be like unearned income for me.
Well, even if that was the case, it’s not like I’d ever stop going to dungeons. Still, it’d be nice if I could press it every day, but we’ll see…
Also, the values on R have gone up. I don’t know how long it will be until Level Gacha gets updated again, but I feel like I can grow quite a bit depending on how free gacha works.
