“Narul! Why are you talking like a child!? Think about what you’ve done!!”
Serel’s daughter Narul yelled and cried as she stopped mimicking Melt and showed her true form.
All of it seemed childish… Very much like a little girl, but the girl throwing a fit was clearly not young enough to be called one.
She was plump like Precia, but did not have the same kind of nice physique brought on by being active like her mother Serel.
Basically, she was swollen with fat like a pig. She ate with reckless abandon without any consideration for her lifestyle, and as a result, became terribly fat.
But that was not all. Both her skin and hair were greasy, showing she did not really bathe. The way she cried and wailed despite appearing to be about twice as old as Yuugo and the others was nothing short of scary at this point.
Yuugo forgot about the anger he was feeling just now, and was just thrown off by Narul. But he also felt he should listen to her, so he turned to her with a question.
“What was your goal? You locked up your mother and created a lot of copies… What did you want to do?”
“I told you! I wanted to create my ideal world! A world without my mother telling me to leave my room and work, and without all these hicks living happily in the middle of nowhere! Where I could live freely with everyone worshiping me and pampering me! I wanted to create that world! And I thought I could do it with the power of slime…!”
“Y-you caused so much pain for such a stupid reason? Is this a joke!?”
“What’s so strange!? If I was born in the city like you people, I’d be married to a wonderful prince right about now and living a happy life! Instead I was born in this stupid village, so I have to hear nagging about working in the inn every day, and see nothing but useless men who are satisfied living in a village! It’s the worst!! You could’ve at least helped me be happy! Don’t hate me just because I kept you locked up for a bit to get magic energy for the slime!!”
“What are you talking about!? I kept telling you to work because you’re an adult that spends her days idling about in her room! And you’ve only gotten worse since your father died…! I should’ve just steeled my heart and thrown you out of the house!!”
Narul’s reasons for her crimes were so ridiculous, that everyone present was dumbfounded.
Considering she left the mushrooms she used in her plan where they could easily be found, could it be that she was very unfortunate when it came to intelligence…? Thought Yuugo, but then Shian and Egos fearfully asked Narul a question, like they just realized something.
“C-could it be that when Melt and Angel came to our rooms… It was actually slime?”
“T-then what we slept with was…!?”
“Ah, don’t worry! That wasn’t the separate slime I created… It was me after I changed form using slime~! Fufufu…! I’m so happy my first time was with cool guys like you~! You were so passionate too, so you’re going to have to take responsibility…!!”
“U-u-ugeeeeeeh!?”
“Orororororororororo…!!”
After hearing Narul’s response, they deeply regretted asking.
They thought they graduated from their virginity with their favorite heroines, but it was in fact a girl that was ugly on the outside and inside… They tasted despair like they fell from heaven straight to hell and felt like vomiting, and Yuugo felt a little sorry for them.
“W-well, what’s done is done… But at least we stopped the culprit and saved everyone before there were any casualties. You’re not getting away, so give it up.”
“No!! I’m gonna be happy! I’m gonna make my ideal world without any old men and women and kids annoying me, and hot guys pampering me!!”
“…Yuugo, can you stop feeling sorry for her? She’s only going to understand the hard way.”
“We could break two or three bones. What she did warrants it.”
“Not two or three, ten or a hundred. She’s my daughter, but even I’m sick of this…”
Regardless, the captive people were released, and the culprit confessed. This case was pretty much closed.
Narul had nowhere to run, so she just had to be restrained and handed over to guards… But as Yuugo thought this and smiled awkwardly, he heard his brother’s voice, who had just arrived.
“Big brother! Big brother!”
“Phi? What’s wrong?”
Yuugo grimaced, because his little brother came running and seemed panicked.
After Phi took a few deep breaths, he rushed to respond.
“Shiroi wasn’t there…! He wasn’t with the other villagers!”
“What!? But we just saw him…!?”
“What we thought we saved was actually slime! It melted when we were going home! He’s the only one still missing!”
Shiroi was handed over to the slime disguised as villagers earlier that day, and was still missing… Yuugo and the others tensed up again after hearing Phi.
They thought it was over, but still had to solve one final mystery, where Shiroi was. They turned to the culprit to question her… But then the ground shook violently and they heard a thud.
“Uwah!? W-what was that!?”
“An earthquake!? Now!?”
The students and villagers panicked, but the tremors continued and became gradually more violent.
Yuugo noticed this and looked up… To see Narul smiling daringly.
She had not given up yet. And as Yuugo realized she was still up to something, Melt pointed outside and yelled loudly.
