And I am also interested in the technique of the person who remodeled it. I’m glad I met you, Angel Amber. There is a lot I want to discuss with you.”
“Haha, well that’s an honor… But I wasn’t the one who modded it on a fundamental level, it was Phi, who’s in the hospital.”

It was not just Angel who was in charge of servicing and modding Blaster, it was Phi who did the basic tuning. Upon learning this, Setsuna smiled and showed interest in him as well.
Raiha knew Setsuna very well, and as she wondered how long it had been since she saw her so amused, Setsuna continued.
“I think at this point you understand, but I want Yuugo, and also Angel and Phi to help me remodel my miko attire. And for that, I want to build a good relationship with you. So… I want to join your group. You don’t mind, do you, Yuugo?”

“That book has information about monsters and monster armor beasts that live in Yamato, along with varied information about topics such as culture, history, and magic items. I assume your little brother would appreciate it if you gave it to him when you visit him.”
“Ooh…! Yes, Phi does like this sort of thing! Thanks, Setsuna!”
“You’re welcome. That magic crystal has data regarding my miko attire and my magic item, Loong String Bow. I will tell you the password, so you can use it as a reference to remodel my attire and develop new magic items.”
“Hey hey, are you sure? Isn’t this top secret?”
“Isn’t this what you should do to earn the trust of people with different backgrounds? Also, I believe you won’t carelessly leak it… That is the idea.”
Angel took it and nodded, as she hid it in her cleavage.
Raiha and Claire were shocked, but since Yuugo and the others knew that was in her eyes the safest place where she put important things, they simply smiled awkwardly.
Setsuna looked at Yuugo with a slight squint and spoke.
“Yuugo, of course, I will also give you something I believe you want. First… How about a long range attack?”

Yuugo started speaking, remembered this wasn’t one of his morning shows, and nodded instead.
He was happy to have a new friend. Helping design a magical girl costume was a godsend, and making Blaster better on top of that was the cherry on top. But it seemed Setsuna was just getting to the main point…
“That is all secondary. I can give you what you want the most.”
“Hne? What I want the most? What?”
“Yes, but before I explain, I have a proposal.”
What Yuugo wanted the most… She was hinting at something, but Yuugo tilted his head, unsure of what it was.
Setsuna stopped, lowered her head to look up at his face, and asked something with a questioning look.
“…Do you have no intention of becoming my lover?”

The only Ruriko I could think of is Midorikawa Ruriko from Kamen Rider (1971) and Hideaki’s Shin version.
My guess is that Setsuna mentioning benefit for both party must have reminded Yuugo of Ruriko in 2023 movie version, but yeah I can’t find what Ruriko have said there so take it with grain of salt.
