“Kieeh!! Keh! Kieeh!!”
Going back to Yuugo’s point of view.
Glonas let out a strange shriek and attacked, but Yuugo kept calm and observed as he dealt with him.
He dodged the sharp claws being thrust at him, or smacked them down sometimes, continuing to deal with the attacks while countering when he saw a moment when Glonas’ moves were dull.
“Fuah!!”
“Oguh, oh!?”
He executed fast left and right punches, and kicked his midsection when Glonas stumbled.
Glonas fell back after being countered, but as Yuugo saw him stagger even more, he quickly closed the distance for a dropkick.
“Gaah!? Nu, guhh…!!”
He rolled while screaming, feeling pain reverberating all over his body as he looked at Yuugo with hatred.
He denied their justice, and got in the way of them dealing with criminals. Glonas seethed with anger over this criminal, and howled as he got up and spread his black wings.
“Don’t get carried away, criminal!! I have received great power from Black Veil, and the power of justice won’t lose!!”
“Mister Yuugo, be careful!!”
Glonas flapped his wings, and feathers were fired like missiles.
They were sharp like darts or knives, and Sakura yelled as she saw them fall upon Yuugo, but he dealt with them without panicking.
“Super henshin!!”
“W-what!?”
Blaster changed into its violet form, and blocked the feather knives without taking a step.
There was a shrill metallic sound as the weapons bounced off the tough armor, leading an astonished Glonas to repeat the attack.
“Die! Die!! Prostrate yourself before my justice!!”
The barrage of feathers rained on Yuugo, but they seemingly did no damage.
Rather, as they bounced off Yuugo, he approached one step at a time.
“No way!? Why won’t our justice get through!? Why is a criminal such as yourself not buberooh!?”
Yuugo slowly closed the distance, as Glonas shuddered but roared loudly to stave off fear… But he could not finish his sentence before a hard fist hit him in the face.
Yuugo hit him hard, and after Glonas rolled on the ground again, he got up with ragged breathing and faced the young man in front of him.
“This… This shouldn’t be…!! I understand Black Veil’s justice better than anyone, and I received this great power because I was recognized as such! How can I lose to a kid!?”
He yelled hysterically and charged towards Yuugo.
Glonas swung his sharp claws at Yuugo’s chest, leaving not a scratch on the violet armor. In fact, the moment of the impact, he felt pain in his fist.
Yuugo grabbed the right wrist of the shocked Glonas who stood still and faced him directly.
“You don’t get it. The weight behind the word justice and the meaning behind it don’t change a thing.”
“Guuh!? Ga, aa…!?”
There was a creaking sound coming from the wrist.
Glonas anguished over the pain caused by the great grip on his wrist, and then an equally powerful clenched right hand hit his unguarded stomach.
“Ogoeh!? Go, ooooo…!!”
“Stop already. You’re gonna lose your power once my partner beats Black Veil. If you really care about the people of this city and the Friends of the Night Society… Stop resisting and call on them to stop this foolishness.”
Glonas said he was given power by Black Veil. He most likely had not reached the stage called level two.
He was an amateur when it came to fighting, so the moment he fought someone who defeated several monster armor beasts, there was a gap that could not be filled.
Yuugo defeated a level two monster armor beast, so he was never going to lose to Glonas.
“You’re the manager of the Friends of the Night Society, right? If you give the order, there’s bound to be people who will listen.”
“You want me to stop our comrades? You want to negate the actions of those fighting to reform the world with Black Veil’s justice in their hearts!?”
“If you do that, you might save some people! Please Glonas! If you do… You can change the world a little!”
Yuugo asked Glonas to tell them to stop, for the people feeling fear and the Friends of the Night Society.
But… The mad Glonas would not hear it, and withstood the pain running through his body as he flew.
