That day, Yuugo was called by Uno along with Ryuuga, and went to his office.
He thought for sure Uno would be furious about him attacking Egos, and he would be told what his punishment was for punching him, but… The first thing on his mind upon seeing what was behind that big door was confusion.
In the center of the room with a large bookshelf filled with books, was a man he did not recognize, wearing all white.
This middle-aged man looked thin with a sickly expression, and there was a dagger placed on what looked like a three-sided altar used in Shinto.

Yuugo held the man from behind, thinking he should stop him after he boldly declared his intention to cut his stomach, but the man tried to shake him off and yelled.
“Your mercy is not necessary! I am responsible for carelessly suggesting a field trip to that insectary! I must cut my stomach to take responsibility!!”
“Stop! That’s not gonna solve anything!! How did we even get here!? Can you explain that first!!?”
Yuugo tried to stop the man, and both continued to fight.
He yelled at the man, completely baffled, and continued trying to convince him to stop.
A few minutes later.
“I caused a lot of harm. I deeply regret the foolish actions for which no amount of apologies will do…”
“N-no, I’m glad you calmed down… Hum, Mister Castle? Can you explain what’s going on?”

Yuugo’s stamina won the battle and stopped him from cutting his stomach.
The man was exhausted from struggling, and Yuugo tried to again convince him not to do it. He was now talking to him with Ryuuga and Uno.
Uno seemed even more tired than either the man or Yuugo, and began to explain why he called Yuugo and Ryuuga.
“His name is Koumaru Sakai. He is a diplomat from Yamato and the point of contact in regard to the exchange students in our school. He came running to the academy after hearing about yesterday’s incident.”
“Yuugo Clay and Renjou Ryuuga… I sincerely apologize. Normally, students of Luminous Academy would go to a museum at this time, but… I was the one who proposed changing that.”
As Yuugo heard them, he remembered Melt saying something about that. But before he could ask how that came to be, Ryuuga answered.
“You don’t need to feel responsible. You were looking out for my sister when you suggested going to a place with living beings, like the insectary, right? What happened there was an unfortunate coincidence.”
“But because of my suggestion to change the destination, students of Luminous Academy had to guide and guard others in an unfamiliar place. It was these circumstances that led to your siblings being hurt… As the person who suggested it, I cannot feel no responsibility…”

Koumaru was not to blame for the incident, and it was Egos’ nasty prank that led to Phi being hurt.
The reason to change the destination made sense, so they thought there was no reason for him to feel responsible enough to cut his stomach.

Yuugo could not hide his surprise, as the conversation suddenly shifted in a direction where it seemed he was about to disclose important secrets.
But he listened quietly, thinking there must be a good reason why this diplomat from Yamato was speaking to them specifically.
“Our investigation department has confirmed that a prominent criminal from Yamato has been sighted here… We are currently looking for him.”
“A prominent criminal from Yamato? Is he…!!”
Ryuuga, who was from Yamato, seemed to know who that was.
Koumaru nodded with a serious expression, and named the criminal who escaped from Yamato.
“His name is Zaraki… The dangerous man with the Loong Eater nickname.”
