The sky is blue and high, and I feel the sweet smell of a field of grass.
How long has it been since I looked up at such a vast blue sky? It reminds me of my uncle’s farm in Texas. I was still a child back…
…I? Who am… I?
Ah, I remember. I am America, the United States of America, USA.
The United States of America is my soul, and the core of my consciousness. As my consciousness awakens, I get the feeling in my limbs back. Particles of light gather in my vision, and my limbs are formed all the way to my fingers. Is this a dream? An illusion?
“Uu…”
My chest feels heavy. I make an effort to sit up, and realize the weight on my chest is being caused by my big breasts.
“Oh…”
They’re bigger than D cups, like a cow. They’re barely being covered by my stars and stripes bikini.
I’m also wearing a sleeveless leather jacket, a mini-skirt, and cowboy boots that reach just below my knees.
I look around, and see that I am on a not very steep hill on a meadow. It makes me think of a sea of green, with waves created by a gently blowing wind.
My slightly wavy platinum blond hair flutters with the wind as well.
I am Ameriko. Ameriko Martin.
I’m pretty sure I was the president, but for some reason I was sleeping on a meadow.
“Wait! I’m so young!”
I’m a teenager again. I touch my skin, and it feels so smooth and firm. My hair is lustrous, and above all else, my body is overflowing with vitality and energy. I could be a cheerleader right now if I had to.
“Ou… Yes!”
I spontaneously stand up and strike a pose. I don’t know what’s happening, but it looks like a disaster turned into an advantage for me.
A shadow crosses the meadow. I look up, and see a big dragon flying, and blocking the sun.
“Fantastic…!”
Next to the sun, I can faintly see a moon… Or two.
A group of dragons flies towards a rugged mountain range.
“Another world…?”
Basically, I’ve been transported to another world, unless this is all just a dream.
I try to understand my situation by thinking back, and sorting out pieces of information. I was taken from the United Nations General Assembly to another world by that repulsive meatball. The twisted head of the Chinese empire used some sort of dodgy weapon to send me here.
How he did it, I have no idea…
As I hope this is all just a dream, I feel a sharp pain in my chest.
“Oh…!”
I quickly look down, and see a pendant decorated with a star swinging. The origin of the pain was the heat coming from this pendant.
“What is this…?”
I peek inside what looks like a blue jewel, and my attention is quickly drawn to the back.
What I see is none other than the vast United States of America. People look shocked and panicked. Many point to the sky or pray, as cities turn to chaos. It’s like a still image, a snapshot of that tragic moment sealed in this crystal.
“Oh my god…”
Tears come out of my eyes. This is America…
My beloved America and all three hundred million of its people are here.
What should I do? How do I save my people?
“I…”
I look up at the sky, and suddenly a bad odor reaches my nose.
“…!?”
“…Gihihi…!”
A filthy looking beast is approaching from the meadow. It’s a strange creature, that looks like a small person.
It’s about half my height, but it has a strangely large head, and although its eyes are small, its mouth is like a slit that almost reaches its ears.
Its arms are long like a monkey’s, and it has short legs. Its skin is yellow and wrinkly, and it’s completely naked. I can see yellow teeth inside its dark brown mouth.
“My god…”
This thing gives me the creeps, and I immediately get into a defensive stance.
Is this a little green man? No, it doesn’t look like what I saw in those documents in that underground facility. It’s more like a gremlin that would show up in someone’s nightmares. An ugly, twisted version of a human being.
There’s only one, but it’s clearly after me, and only fifteen meters away.
Its eyes filled with lust look at me as if they’re licking my skin, and I can’t help but frown in disgust.
“Hello. Are you friendly…?”
I say with an awkward smile on my face while waving my hand, just in case.
“…Gishaaaaa!”
What little hope I had is shattered.
The monster raises the club in its hand, and charges forward to attack me.
“Tch!”
Living in America means I’ve had my share of dangerous situations. I’ve even been attacked by knife wielding thugs.
A lady like me has to know how to defend herself.
…Gun!
Yes, a gun! I could use a gun to defend myself.
Ever since the western expansion in the nineteenth century, the constitution has guaranteed our right to bear arms. That’s the American spirit.
The pendant hanging from my neck gets warmer and starts to shine.
“What is…!?”
I feel something in my hand, and a handgun suddenly appears as if it grew out of it.
Thank you god.
This handgun is a glock 26. It’s not a full sized 17, but this sub-compact type is easier for a lady like me to handle. It holds ten 9mm parabellum bullets if I remember correctly.
I hold it with my right hand and support it with my left, lower my back a little, and take aim.
“Gigigigi!”
I don’t have to warn it. My target is a dangerous monster that’s coming at me to kill me.
It’s only eight meters away. I turn the safety off and pull the trigger.
Bam! I see fire and feel the impact.
“Gihi!?”
The monster bends backwards after the bullet pierces its left shoulder. It’s shaking from the impact, but not going down.
It bares its teeth and charges forward even more viciously.
“…!”
I fire the second shot when it gets within five meters.
“Gyu!?”
A black hole opens in the top of the monster’s head, and the back of its head explodes, sending blood and gray matter flying.
The monster falls, and this time it stops moving for good.
I carefully approach the corpse while checking it.
I’ve never seen a being like this. It looks like some sort of goblin that would appear in video games.
“:..Uu…”
The bad odor intensifies.
I look around and see three more monsters encircling me.

This story is so Japanese. This is hilarious.
Glocks don’t have safeties in the conventional sense, the safety is in the trigger.
