After returning to Idea’s inn, Theo and Helvi had dinner.

It was evenly matched with the lunch they had earlier in the day in the high class restaurant, and they were left feeling very satisfied after their meal.

Despite not being in a tall building like they were during lunchtime, the view was still nice, and they were allowed to eat by themselves at Idea’s request.

“That was great!”

“Yes. And it gets bonus points for the lack of rude interruptions, unlike our lunch.”

There were no interruptions in their private room. The only people who entered it did so to bring them their food.

After having a meal that felt more satisfying than the one they had for lunch, they returned to their room.

Theo was still not used to staying in such a high class inn.

“This is really incredible… This sofa is so soft.”

Theo sunk into a sofa made for one. It was so soft, he felt he would fall asleep if he stayed there too long. It was still too early to go to bed, but Theo was tired, and his eyes felt heavy.

It was Theo’s first time feeling tired from enjoying himself too much, but it was definitely not a bad feeling. It was much better than the physical and mental exhaustion he felt when he was kicked out of parties. This time, it was only his body that was tired.

“I’m tired…”

“…I-I see.”

“Ah, but this much isn’t nearly enough to make you tired, is it…”

“Y-yes…”

Theo spoke slowly, with his eyes half open.

Helvi on the other hand seemed nervous for some reason, and her speech was stiff.

“Then, hum… Should we go to bed?”

“Yes… Let’s go to sleep.”

Theo responded while yawning, and his answer seemed to make Helvi even more nervous.

“Do you want to take a bath first?”

“Eh? Can I? I can go after you…”

“N-no, I will go afterwards.”

“Alright, I’ll go first then.”

Theo got up from the sofa before he became too sleepy to do so, and got ready to take a bath.

Although they had been bathing together recently, Helvi asked Theo to go first. Why was that?

While Theo was in the bath, Helvi nervously paced around the room, with her face red with embarrassment.

She would occasionally peek over at the bag containing the clothes she bought that day.

“…Alright.”

She made up her mind, opened the bag, and searched for the clothes she would be putting on.

Since the bag was so full, it took a while for her to find what she was looking for.

Usually she would simply snap her fingers and teleport whatever she was looking for into her hands, but she was too flustered to think about that.

Just as she found what she was looking for and was taking it out of the bag…

“I’m done…”

Theo returned, with his hair still a little wet and wearing his sleep-wear.

Helvi quickly hid what she grabbed behind her back.

“Hnn! I-I see. Then I will go next.”

“Yes, take your time…”

Helvi rushed towards the changing room, where she took several deep breaths to compose herself.

Since she was calmer, she had the presence of mind to use magic to remove her clothes in a second by simply snapping her fingers, like she usually did.

“Why am I so flustered…”

She entered the bathtub and sank into the warm water.

Since Theo was inside it minutes before, it was the perfect temperature for Helvi.

“Calm down… This is just… Underwear…”

Yes. The clothes Helvi removed from the bag without using magic were actually underwear.

Helvi and Luna’s mother picked together what some would call ‘lucky underwear’.

Helvi always undressed the way she did minutes ago, by using magic to remove the clothes from her body.

Because of this, Theo had actually never seen her wearing nothing but underwear.

This actually ended up making Helvi nervous, even though he had not only seen her naked numerous times, but they had been sleeping together naked every night for a while.

However, since this would be Theo’s first time seeing her wearing nothing but underwear, Helvi felt nervous.

“Usually… One would be more embarrassed about being naked than wearing nothing but underwear…!”

Helvi said to herself while soaking in the bathtub and hearing the sound of her heartbeat becoming faster.
