One makes the wind dance, the other blocks it with earth. Then one fires lightning, and the other blocks it with light.
This vivid exchange of magic is like paint using the world as a canvas.
I can’t imagine I would ever be able to do this.

Merlin says talent is everything in magic.
Edinburgh is the strongest mage in history, but Reina is the prodigy that was the youngest to ever join the seven great mages.
Merlin and Xellos look like they’re in their twenties, but they have decades of experience.
Reina on the other hand, isn’t even twenty. She probably became incredibly strong over the past few days.

I can’t tell who’s stronger, but I can see that unlike Reina, who is getting tired because of this intense back and forth, Edinburgh looks perfectly serene.

“But Edinburgh fired magic of dozens of elements. No one can handle that perfectly!”
Yells Merlin. It definitely feels like Merlin’s attack goes against what’s normal.
From the point of view of these people who have experienced numerous battles, what Reina is doing is crazy and defies what they think is common sense.
But… Reina has had her common sense shattered when she first got to this island. To her, this is definitely not that eccentric.
