I’ve received a response from a company I sent a resume to a few days ago.
I expected it, and sure enough, it’s a no.
I got greedy, didn’t know my worth, and sent it to a big company, but it really was no good.
Let’s get working on that resume again.
I’ve been working on it and sending it out as much as I can, but from now on, I’ll be sending it to one company at a time.
I’ve been making a fair bit of money in the dungeon, so I’m feeling more relaxed, but it’s also because I want to look into companies more before I pick them.
If possible, I want to stay in a company for life.
My corporate drone tendencies are in full display here, but that’s how much I value a steady daily life.
After I’m done with my resume, I get to work modding something.
Said thing is a solo camping tent, that I’m changing into something to camp in the dungeon.
I found a video on the internet while looking around yesterday, about how to make a tent that can be used in the dungeon.
When I found it, I thought that was it.
If something doesn’t exist, I just have to make it. DIY and all that.
I bought the materials yesterday, and I’m attaching them to a solo camping tent. Even just doing this increases its durability and apparently gives it a concealment from monsters effect.
I keep working at it, and I’m done before noon. It took less time than I thought.
Now I just need to give it a test. I’m thinking about tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.
If I start putting off, I’ll never get around to it, so it’s best to do it soon.
With that settled, I go out to buy food and equipment.

The fifteenth floor.
I’m done shopping, so I’m heading to the dungeon.
I was thinking about resting in preparation for tomorrow, but my body was throbbing, and I ended up here before I knew it.
You know, it’s like exercise, I can’t settle down unless I do my daily reps.
I guess the dungeon is my exercise. I’m moving around and working up a good sweat.
It also stinks and my life is in considerable danger, but it’s like a fitness club where I can do some intense exercise.
Yes, too well said.
Anyway, let’s turn away from my inner monologue and keep exploring the dungeon.

I infuse the divine bird boots with magic energy, and kick with the talons. The talons extend, and pull a monster towards me that I then finish off with my greatsword.
I thought I’d try this, and it went well.
I had a feeling the talons were bigger when I was also using the boots to kick the air, and I wasn’t wrong.
I can control the talons with magic energy.
I’m happy about finding a new attack. That’s always something I welcome.
I don’t know what monsters I’ll face as I keep going. Maybe there will be ones that I can’t beat with my current methods, so I can never have too many options.
I keep going, and find the staircase to the sixteenth floor.
