After tea time is over, I check the time and see it’s past three.
I didn’t think we’d be able to check the entire second floor today, but I still spent more time than I expected.
“What is the matter, master?”
“Hn… Let’s film a Hobgoblin and General Goblin before we go back. I want to make it clear that there’s a difference in their power compared to the ones on the first floor.”
“Understood. Also, about the skills we acquired. I will put away Fast Run II, so please take these.
Aira says as she takes out Swift III and Assassination Lv1.
“Thanks.”
“Good luck darling!”
We then head to a corner of the map while I hunt a hundred goblins.
I don’t know if my current Luck makes it certain they will appear, but both rare monsters spawn without a problem. But my level is still stuck on fifty-five.
The items all go in Aira’s bag, and we head back.
Come to think of it, we got a lot of skill orbs today. Aira and I used a few, but I wonder how many we have stocked.

We are greeted by Aki and Maki, and go to the same conference room as always.
We report today’s results and check the footage, but… I tell everyone the plans going forward that I’m devising.
“The first floor and half the second floor are done after today, so I think we’ll be done with the second floor tomorrow.”
“Right?”
“I’m sure you can do it darling!”
“I was going to submit the footage in time for the auction tomorrow, but after thinking about it, I think we should hold off on that. You two are already busy as it is.”
It’d be hard to edit all that footage. I should’ve thought about it before.
“Really? I was thinking it’d be hard too, but the idea of you reaching A+ gave me motivation. Not that there’s really any need for the footage to be delivered tomorrow.”
“I guess not. Considering what we’re shipping, it would make sense to combine it with the information we’re disclosing, but I guess we really don’t have to send everything tomorrow…”
We could leave it for the next auction.
“That said, even if we’re thinking about shipping all the skills you’re not using, you get them way too fast, so people aren’t going to be able to bid on all of them if you just send them all out at once.”
“You’re right, Aki. We currently have five of each Adamantine Strength, Adamantine Wall, and Adamantine Armor. That’s enough.”
“And the skill stock is even fuller after today, not to mention it will probably get bigger tomorrow. We should balance it out.”
“Yes. I think that means you should take a break!”
“Break…”
I guess I didn’t actually have a real one before I got Level Gacha. And after that, it was just that one day when Ayane wasn’t around.
“Okay. There’s the auction the day after tomorrow… So I’ll take a break from there until the day before the welcome party.”
All the girls rejoice when I say that.
They’re really happy. Maybe… I should be more mindful of them.
I tell myself I will, but right after that, something crosses my mind.
“…Sorry to put a damper on this, but can I still go to a dungeon for one day?”
Aki looks exasperated.
“Do you die if you don’t go to a dungeon?”
“Sorry, I’m just curious about my old workplace.”
“Do you mean Unlucky Hall, master?”
“Shouta, are you thinking…”
“Yes Maki. I want to investigate these trophies. There’s a chance I won’t be done in a day, but I guess going back to my roots is a way to relax…”
With my current Luck, I think I can reach the fifth stage, White Slime, with certainty. I think I’ll have to try multiple times to get past that, but I should be able to reach a Rainbow Slime relatively easily.
I want to see if Level Gacha will drop again, and check if there’s anything related to trophies after that.
I peek at Aki, and see her sighing.
“…Ahh, fine. It should match the day when we disclose the video of you taking down rare monsters. I guess you should stay away from the beginner dungeon and Heart Dungeon until things cool off. But that dungeon isn’t dangerous, so it should be fine… But one day! No more!!”
“Yes. I’ll make sure I remember that…”
“Good.”
Then the girls get excited talking about going somewhere during that break.
They look like they’re having so much fun, that I ask if they really were looking forward to a break that much, and they tell me an opportunity to take me away from dungeons for three days doesn’t come around too often.
…It’s one less day because of me, but it’s still three days in a row.
Seeing them so happy about those three days makes me think… I really should pay more attention to them than the dungeons.
They never run out of things to talk about, and keep going until the branch manager arrives.

When we get home, we see the usual shine of the golden fruits. It’s tiresome counting them, but there are a hundred twenty-five.
They don’t lose their shine even after being picked. And tomorrow, there will be ones with an even more intense shine. It’s good for the girls’ growth, but it’s kind of annoying.
“Good job darling!”
“It looks kind of hard, even though you’re just reaching out towards them. We could try to help, but they don’t react to us.”
“They will not allow someone unqualified to pick them. In a way, it’s like master has the master key.”
“But still, look at all them.”
“You planted forty-seven, and most gave three fruits. Considering the amount that can be harvested increases day by day, I am really thinking they need Luck.”
“Probably. Ah, my eyes are still flickering.”
Maybe it’s a bad effect of Perception Strengthening. I can see better, but I can also see too much.

Aira gets Physical Strength +56, Dexterity +58, and Agility +56.
“There are a lot of them, but it doesn’t feel that way because none of them increase stats by that much…”
“Geez Shouta, don’t think of it like it’s your gacha.”
“Aki is right, Shouta. Even considering your amazing Luck, it’s incredible to get this kind of drop from monsters.”
“…I guess.”
They feel like small amounts to me, but their stats increased by about the same amount I had when I got Level Gacha. Ah, that feels so long ago…
