My plan works, and smoke appears after the hundredth monster. It flies in the same direction as the first one, and I give chase. And in the settlement in front of me, I see the rare monster from before howling. And faces I recognize watching it from afar.

It was supposed to be a sneak attack, but I saw red dots on the map, gathering around the time when the Commander Goblin spawned. Still, Enki and I can handle them.
These ones aren’t feared by their kind, and probably rank higher on their totem pole than General Goblins. Maybe that’s why they set their underlings on us even in smoke form, and gathered a hundred in that short amount of time.
I’ve learned that I need to be careful about that if I spawn one away from settlements.
I’m getting off track.
“Enki, shake them.”

Enki steps down, and the ground shakes a lot where the goblins are. They stumble, and some fall and can’t get up. This is the effect of Enki’s new skill Earth Shaking.
Enki immediately charges forward, hitting and crushing them with its shield.

I see the Commander Goblins stepping forward to help with the healer goblins.
If the weaklings get back up from the brink of death, they just need to be cut down again, but it’s still a hassle.

The Commander Goblins execute a desperate attack, but with their underlings all taken care of, Enki and I easily kick them around.
