Level Gacha ~ It turns out the dump stat 『Luck』 is the most important – Roll 242 – Green bird

We go back the way we came from on the third floor, and I keep an eye on the path and the surrounding area through the map.

I can see the red dots that represent monkeys here and there, but I don’t actually see any.

We take a small detour on the second floor to kick around some golems and collect extra sand for Enki. And as we watch Enki enjoy itself bathing in sand, Maki claps her hands like she just thought of something.

“Ah, Shouta. What happened with that?”

“That what?”

Way too much comes to mind when she says that.

“Hum, Duststorm Control. You said you were taking one and saving the rest to experiment, but has there been any progress?”

“Ah, that. Well…”

Three sets of expectant eyes are pointed at me. Aira is collecting golem cores.

There’s no reason to hesitate, so I just come out and say it.

“Sorry, I completely forgot.”

““Ehh…”””

“Oh you, master.”

“It’s sad to summarize it with one sentence like that.”

When did she come back?

“You do have a prior record.”

Well, that’s true.

“And that is not all you have forgotten.”

“…Eh? What was it?”

“The skills of the orcs taken down yesterday.”

“Ah… I was supposed to use that with the experiments, so I forgot about it altogether.”

“Fufu.”

“That’s just like you, Shouta.”

‘Gogo.’

How embarrassing.

“I know this is an excuse, but even if I was going to experiment, I couldn’t do it on the fourth floor with so many eyes around us. It got delayed, and here we are.”

“I see, I understand your intentions, master.”

“Eh? You do?”

“Yes… You wanted to use it to lift up skirts.”

Says Aira full of confidence.

“…No???”

I don’t know how she reached that conclusion. I guess it would be easier than using Wind Magic, since that one is only used to attack and Duststorm Control lets me control wind around me, but…

“Were you just thinking about it?”

“Shouta…”

“You dirty…”

“About flipping skirts? Hawawa… Darling…”

“No no no. No no no no.”

I desperately argue for my innocence, while the true culprit grins!

“Well, I was joking.”

Says Aira, and everyone’s expressions loosen.

“Fufu, I’m joking too.”

“But I’ll get angry if you actually do it.”

“Yes…”

“You were joking…? I welcome it any time you want!”

“Eh? I-I…”

“Maki, don’t compete with Ayane.”

Yes, let’s just pretend I’m not hearing that.

“But now’s the right time. It’s a wide open area, so it won’t be a problem if something unexpected happens. Aira.”

“Here.”

Aira gives me what I want.

She knew exactly what I was talking about but went with skirt flipping.

“Eh, so…”

“It’s a golem core IV!”

“Shouta, are you going to…”

“Yes, I’m going to make something like Enki. This time a wind one.”

‘Gogoh?’

“First I’ll infuse sixteen hundred magic energy here…”

Then I control the power of the element in question, and fixate it to the core. This means it reacts to my magic energy, and the core automatically draws in the power of the element, and I can just support it.

This is my seventh golem. And it’s not a complicated process, so I get through it quickly.

The power of wind is typically not visible. But the wind gathered by my magic and skills has a green color, strangely enough. I assume this means this golem will also have a color like the others, and if I model its body, it should remember its shape.

I carefully mold it, and gather wind power after its form is fixed.

“…Done!”

It’s a wind golem, so I figured it would be boring if it was humanoid like Enki. Although I can’t help but be worried that unlike the earth golems, this one has a visible core.

‘Poh.’

“It’s a bird!”

“It’s cute. Have you thought of a name?”

“Yes, Enril, to be similar to Enki.”

‘Popoh.’

“Enril, it’s cute. But I can’t touch it…”

Aki tries to poke Enril, but it’s wind power. It’s visible, but doesn’t have a physical form. All that can be touched is the core.

“A green bird… I’m sure people won’t think it’s a real bird if we take it outside. It’s transparent and hazy.”

“That can’t be helped. It was forced into the shape of a bird, but the core doesn’t have the power to control wind. I said it’s done, but it’s not complete. Okay, Enril, take this skill.”

‘Popo.’

I give Enril all the Duststorm Control I have, three Duststorm Control Lv2 and one Duststorm Control Lv4, so it should add up to ten…

‘Popo!’

“Kyah.”

“Hyah.”

Enril lets out a loud screech, and turbulence centered around it rises.

It looks like it’s gathering wind power around it. And the more it gathers, the higher the pressure it exudes. But it’s not swelling, instead its transparent body is getting a thicker color and it’s materializing.

‘Popo!’

It lets out another sound, and the wind settles. It looks like it’s done.

I poke it just to try it, and feel something like soft feathers. Is it a feathered body of compressed wind power?

No one would guess it was a golem without Appraisal.

“True Appraisal.”

Name: Enril

Grade: Unique

Core: Golem core IV

Material: Wind power magic armor body

Magic energy: 1600

Skills (1/8): Duststorm Control LvMAX

“…Done. Nice to meet you, Enril.”

‘Popo!’
