We keep advancing through the Deep Woods, and eventually reach the bottom of a cliff.
This is why I picked this dungeon. Maybe it’s because of seismic shifts, but Deep Woods has many tablelands that are like small versions of the Guiana Shield. We can pick medicinal herbs where we are, but they are said to be more abundant in the tablelands, since they are closer to magic energy clouds.
But there is no path to go up the cliff, so if you are not a mountain climber, you are going to need a Physical Strengthening, Flying, or other skill that can help you.
I’m climbing using the Storage Gates like I did in the Yoshikawa Gate, but this time, not by my own power. Four hands is carrying me and all I’m doing is moving the storage Gates to be used as footing. Easy.
Lucky is on my back in its small form, and although Tina can fly, she is riding the searcher drone.
And since we are going to be carrying things home with us, if possible, Tina will be using her Teleportation skill to take us down.
Apparently she calls it short-range teleportation when she can see her destination, mid-range teleportation when she can grasp to a certain extent where she wants to go, and long-range teleportation when she targets vague coordinates.
She uses the first one in battle, and will use mid-range to come down this cliff like she did to escape the ruins. And she can plant something to use as her underling that can serve as the coordinates for her long-range teleportation.
The issue with the last one is that she gets so tired that she will become bedridden for days, so while she left a plant by the entrance to the dungeon, that will only be used in an emergency.
“Hm, I think this is more comfortable than four hands.”
She mumbles, and doesn’t return to four hands after we reach the top. I guess the searcher drone will be her designated spot. Perhaps it’s the stabilization feature.

“Oh dear, this isn’t good.”
We reached the top, but the medicinal herb field in front of us has been pretty ravaged. It feels like it was a few days ago. They probably forcibly took the buds that are worth a lot, and only that. But there was no need to go out of their way to ruin the rest.
Was it just to harass others? I’m pretty sure they received a big penalty when they went back and had the footage assessed.
“Uwah, this is awful. Did they just pick things at random because there was a lot?”
“Maybe. But it might be a good opportunity to test your skill. “
“You might be right, Zenjurou.”
“Kyururu!”
Of course, it would be best if they didn’t ravage this.
Buds are worth a lot because it’s easy to extract the liquid to make potions, but for what we will be doing, it doesn’t matter if it’s buds or regular leaves. That is why these leaves that wouldn’t be worth much as is will be enough.
By the way, these medicinal herbs are called bro cutter herbs. Are they called that because they were discovered by two brothers, and the younger brother killed the older brother with an edged weapon after he blabbed about the effects of the herbs… No, I’m sure whoever found them wanted to make a pun.
Other areas have other plants that can be used to make potions, but they are the same species even if they look different. And their fluids are harvested for what is the undiluted solution for potions.
We are going to be making use of the Analysis function I received at level ten, and Tina’s Plant Control. We are going to make a killing with their powers combined… And that is the whole idea behind this trip.

【Next time】
Zenjurou’s new power will be revealed.
Squeeze life, though he were doing the work of a god of death.
Thus, the reaction to this action is new life being born.
Now star of fairies, infant of the green garden.
Woe to those who play with life.
It is time to show that spirit of revolt.
