With Taula’s help, I managed to perform a curse that tells me where Zwei is.
It’s because of that curse that we know Zwei came along with the attack of the Demon King of the Deep Seas, the First Seat of Delusion.
The issue was pinpointing exactly where it is.
It’s difficult for Roa’s magic eyes to know where it is, because Zwei is made of purifying light, so Kalin went out to get a feel for their power, along with the Admiral army.
I don’t feel right to have to rely on Kalin’s intuition, even if it’s often right about bad things.
Right now, we have two ways to attack Zwei, my black curse cloth and Ahri’s skills. That’s why Ahri accompanied Kalin, just in case they encountered Zwei.
It’s a good thing that ended up not happening.
“Of course, there’s no point in asking for proof or anything, right Kalin?”
“You know it’s just a hunch. So, what now?”
“No, I believe you. Your hunches have helped us plenty of times already.”
Even as we’re talking, I can still hear the sound of the First Seat of Delusion calling new mermen and giant sea urchins from the sea. These reinforcements are immediately deployed to the front line.
But all they do is slow down the torrent of Hipopo brothers slightly.
The overwhelming stomps of the Hipopo brothers tear apart mermen, and their charge throws sea urchins in the air.
This continues until eventually, reinforcements stop coming, although the sounds coming from the First Seat of Delusion continue to echo with no effect.
Eventually, a path from the hill to the First Seat of Delusion is created.
“I think it’s time.”
I hop on top of Hipopo.
“I’m ready too, Rust.”
Declares Kalin, as the Admiral army is back into formation behind her.
Roa and Ahri are to her left and right, riding Lesser Hipopo.
“Taula, are you staying…”
“Excuse me.”
Says Taula while sitting behind me on top of Hipopo.
“All right. Hang on tight. Hipopo.”
“Bumo!”
Hipopo yells loudly, and that signals the beginning of this charge.
We run down the path in front of us, created by crushing many lives.
