Come to think of it, isn’t my story pretty shabby?
I can’t help but argue with myself as I think back to my story from being reincarnated to being picked up by Reve.
I was reincarnated for some reason, and then was almost killed by a dog.
Shabby? I feel like it.
“Kyuu.”
I can’t help but feel a little dejected about the small scale of my path so far.
“Kyuu!”
No. My tale is just beginning. I’ll make it grand from here on!
This will be the legend of the fearsome dragon that saved the princess…!
“Kyuu, kyu.”
After enjoying Reve’s boobs, and jumping out of the royal palace to stop that plague of monsters to solve her problem, I steel my resolve once again.
“…Kyuu.”
Well, not that I have the power to do that right now!
I’m heading in the direction of that village… But I’m only going to get there in a few weeks.
That said, it’s only been a week since I reincarnated. I’m not even close to being strong enough to solve a problem like that. My stats after a week are as follows.

I’m leveling up and growing drop by drop.
That’s it. Two attack and one agility. That’s all.
Obviously, I’m not going to be solving a problem like a plague of monsters like this.
I want to evolve at least once. I’m assuming I can evolve once I hit 5/5.

And so, I’ve come to a plain near the capital to do some leveling up. I can find monsters that are also rank G here, so I’ve been working on leveling up here for a week.

I activate Appraisal, but I’m using it on the whole plain. I didn’t specify a target, but…

Appraisal tells me the monsters that are on this plain
It’s a very useful skill… And the closest monster is a unicorn rabbit.
“…Kyuu.”
I feel just like a snake out hunting, as I advance towards the unicorn rabbit not far away.
“Pupu… Buh!”
“Kyuu.”
The unicorn rabbit spotted me. My stealth is still a work in progress.
“Buh!”
It’s heading straight towards me.
The monster known as unicorn rabbit does something you wouldn’t expect from the herbivore rabbits in my old world. This is a berserker that charges towards any life it sees.
But that makes it easy to hunt.
“(Poison Breath.)”
I activate the skill when it’s right in front of me, and spew poison from my mouth.
This wouldn’t have much of an effect on a person, but it does work somewhat on a fellow G rank monster.
“Kih!”
The unicorn rabbit screeches and stops with its body numb.
I immediately use my long body to constrict it, just like a snake would.
“Kih!?”
I squeeze as hard as I can to try to strangle it.
“Kyuu!”
Then I open my mouth wide and sink my fangs into its neck.
Is it because I turned into a snake? I should feel reluctant to do all of this, but I don’t one bit.
“…Ki.”
After it lets out a weak screech, I feel its strength leave its body.
It’s done.
“Kyuu!”
I leave the defeated unicorn rabbit and celebrate my victory.
