The thirty-second floor.
Chakrams fly enveloped with wind blades.
They head towards hobgoblins and rip them apart.
They don’t just stand there and take it, and one blocks a chakram with its sword. But another chakram cuts its arm off.
An archer hobgoblin knows Fuuma is controlling them and aims at it, but Fuuma activates a barrier in front.
The barrier disperses the arrow, and a chakram ends the archer before it can release another one.
The battle doesn’t last long, and Fuuma is unchallenged.
I end up sympathizing with the hobgoblins, that’s how one-sided it is.
Fuuma just got them, but it’s using the perpetual spring scarf and rising dragon chakrams like it always had them.
We fought a few monsters on the way here, and it uses the items better every time.
I try infusing a chakram with magic energy and controlling it too, and it goes better than expected.
It said it would need a lot of training, so I figure that could be misinformation, but then I realize I’m controlling them easily because I have the Magic Energy Control skill.
It’s not like I have a knack for this, it’s just the skill. I can’t turn it off, so you could still call it talent, but I can’t brag about it. It’s just down to luck.
After exploring for a while, it starts getting late, so I propose to Fuuma that we go back as it attacks the illusion of a mirage great snake.
But it’s too focused on the illusion that won’t go away to hear me.
I figure I’ll just take down the mirage great snake approaching it from behind, but surprisingly, or not, Fuuma gets pissed and infuses a tornado into the chakram to blow everything around it away.
Of course, that includes us, and we’re blown away somewhere by this faux Bazoom.
I really need to figure out how to send this horse back.
