Level Gacha ~ It turns out the dump stat 『Luck』 is the most important – Roll 330 – Large goblin army

“That’s a hundred!”

We kicked around the goblin teams. Each group was very dense, so I reached a hundred without having to move much.

The only problem is that there were so many that it was hard to move forward.

“…No reaction.”

At this point, there’s no way Aira or I miscounted. There can be three reasons why something didn’t spawn after a hundred. The odds weren’t in my favor, the one hundred rule doesn’t count here, meaning there’s another way to spawn them, or rare monsters didn’t spawn because they’re already here.

It’s hard to imagine it was a matter of luck. This is the last floor, but it’s still just the fifth. I can’t imagine 12500 Luck isn’t enough so close to the surface. Maybe it needs five hundred or one thousand instead of one hundred. In that case, I should up my extermination and head to the settlement.

“Okay, let’s keep dispatching them! Sorry Kasumi, but you can’t touch them unless it’s to defend yourself.”

“Yes, I know. Good luck everyone!”

“Let’s go!”

◇◇◇◇◇◇◇◇

“Ahh… We’re finally at the settlement.”

We finally reached our first objective after an hour of marching.

It’s still outside of the range of True Appraisal, so I can’t see details, but it definitely feels like there’s a rare monster here. And there are about thirty goblins bunched up around it.

“We took down so many…”

“Good job everyone! That was great!”

“Fufu, thank you Kasumi.”

“Fighting with everyone really is fun.”

We came to the closest base I saw on the map, but there were hundreds of goblins along the way. It was fun because they all used different weapons, so it was different from the fourth floor, but I’d definitely be overwhelmed if I was doing this alone.

I have Enki and the others, and now the girls can fight with me. If I was lacking one or the other, this wouldn’t have gone so well.

‘Gogo!’

‘Popo~.’

‘Pururu…’

Enki and the others are having fun letting loose too, but Iris isn’t as excited.

“Is it because they don’t seem tasty?”

‘Puru. Pururun.’

“Do your best, Iris. We’ll give you a lot for lunch.”

‘Pururu!’

It would be different if they were orcs. I guess I should be thankful that it doesn’t want to eat them even with Freak Eater. They’re like small humans with green skin, so if it did want to eat them, it might start seeing humans as food.

Well, I guess it’s all a matter of Iris’ taste, but…

“Master, I am done counting.”

“Ou, thanks.”

“One thousand one hundred forty-four minuscule magic stones. The same amount of skills.”

“Oou…”

There are four kinds of goblins on the fourth floor, and four different skills.

Fighter goblins have Sword Knowledge Lv1.

Ranger goblins have Pursuit.

Knight goblins have Iron Wall.

General goblins have Great Strength.

But there are five on the fifth floor, so there are five skills.

Archer goblins have Bow Knowledge Lv1.

Kurash goblins have Martial Arts Knowledge Lv1.

Lancer goblins have Spear Knowledge Lv1.

Thief goblins have Fast Run.

General goblins have Great Strength.

I didn’t think there would be three more in the knowledge series, but if I compress them into Archery and Spear Techniques, they should be useful. It’s a pain to do, but I’m glad to have them.

“Can you break them down?”

“Two hundred forty-eight Bow Knowledge, Two hundred forty-six Martial Arts Knowledge, two hundred fifty Spear Knowledge, two hundred thirty-two Fast Run, one hundred sixty-nine Great Strength.”

“Hm…”

General goblins were like the leaders of the groups, so there weren’t as many of those. If they had Command this would be harder, but we don’t need more Command, since we have more than we can use. I’d rather have Great Strength, which we can use, not to mention that general goblins are weak for us.

“You get precious skills one after the other, big brother…”

“That’s true, but I don’t intend to just spread them around. I just give them to you because you’re important.”

“Big brother…!”

Kasumi smiles, and looks like she might jump at me at any time, but holds back. It looks like she learned how to do that between yesterday and today. Is it because of their talk yesterday?

Well, considering the current situation, I’m grateful. This floor hasn’t been as explored by the association as the floors from the third up, and no safe zones have been found in the goblin area. If we keep chatting in a monster spawn area where they might come out at any time, we might get surrounded when they do.

The respawn time near the entrance is pretty much figured out, it’s around half an hour, but there’s no guarantee that it’s the same this far deep. So let’s beat down the rare monster in the settlement.

“Okay, break’s over. Let’s go.”

We approach the settlement, and when we’re about fifty meters from it, its inhabitants notice us.

‘Gegyagya!’

‘Gehgehgeh.’

‘Gegya!’

Kurash goblins have Martial Arts Knowledge Lv1.

So… “crash” goblins?
