Level Gacha ~ It turns out the dump stat 『Luck』 is the most important – Roll 360 – Cave exploration

A red circle appeared on the map for a second. Considering the skills the regular monsters and the rare one had, if this really is the rare II, there’s a good chance it’s using a skill to hide itself from the map. We’re focusing on the parts on the cave of the 3D map that have become highlighted. Apparently there are hide hunters in the cave too, so we decided to head there and make it so we hit a hundred when we get to the end.

“Big brother, can I ask where we’re going?”

“Hn, sure. Apparently there’s a cave in this mountain, so that’s where we’re going.”

“Elder brother, may we accompany you?”

“Of course.”

“As far as I saw, the previous monster dropped not a single item. Rumor has it you have abnormal Luck. Nothing dropped and yet you all look as though that was expected… Strange.”

“Ah…”

Well, when it changes to a rare II, it doesn’t drop anything and instead moves to the next spawn point. It makes sense for them to not know, because they don’t know about rare II or the whole concept of the smoke.

“Kasumi, you didn’t tell them?”

“Ah, sorry. But you uncovered so much new information, that I don’t know what to tell them at times.”

“That makes sense.”

I didn’t know what to keep a secret or reveal at first either, so I didn’t tell people right away.

Slash!

I explain to the girls listening behind, while cutting down a hide hunter attacking from the side.

“So we are following the cave to defeat one of this rare II?”

“That’s it.”

“So you want to take down a hundred more to make a second one span? You’re nuts.☆”

They have no way of knowing this, but fighting two rare II together might spawn a rare III. I also want to try going from level ninety-nine to hundred and one. Explaining the former would be a pain, and I don’t talk about the latter.

“Miss Ayane, he is very greedy.”

“This is normal for him, and there’s nothing he can’t do. Come to think of it, two rare II spawning at the same time isn’t a big deal on this floor…”

Ayane looks into the distance. Yes, it was like that with the bees.

Irina looks at Ayane with respect. It feels like they’re on the same wavelength, and can be friends. They seem to be the same age and both young ladies that stand in the back row.

The one difference is that Irina’s nun outfit is so tight that it might burst, while Ayane’s clothes are loose. Well, it’s not like Ayane can’t wear that, but I shouldn’t think about it too much or…

“Master.”

“Yes.”

Aira is surrounded by her sister-in-law and the others, but speaks with an intensity as if she was standing next to me that pierces my ears. I end up standing straight.

“Well! So Miss Ayane, you have experience with such rough battles…!”

“I’ll show you the videos when we get back! Ah, darling.”

“It’s fine. That’s supposed to serve as a warning of what might happen if you deal with them the wrong way, so it’s going to be made available to the public. Aki, Maki, how is the editing going?”

“We still haven’t done the bees. It was very intense, so we didn’t expect to film a condensed version the next day. We’re reediting the first day.”

“So it’s not edited, but you can still watch it.”

“The one where big brother turned into a hedgehog?”

“Hahaha, yes, that.”

“Come to think of it, I don’t know what I looked like then.”

I’ve done some image training about that fight to figure out how to minimize damage, but I haven’t come up with something right yet. Red Killer Bees are especially fast and dodge magic missiles, and even the backup shots of Hand of Sorcery. Firing a Thunder Arrow with Hand of Sorcery would have changed the battle, but Purple Lightning Arrow is all I can do with the third and fourth arms.

Maybe it’s because they’re not physically connected to me, but activating combat skills doesn’t go as well as I want.

We reach the cave as we talk.

Like the third floor, this one can’t be seen from a distance, but the fog clears when we’re within a certain distance. I would have had a real hard time finding it without the map.

This cave has no lights, and considering their ability to blend in, maybe I’ll swap from swords to the bow just in case.

“Darling, I’m turning on the lights.”

“I will support you.”

Ayane and Irina cast the Flame Magic Lv1 spell Torch, and the cave becomes somewhat bright. I have Night Vision IV, so it’s not a problem for me, but it’s not the same for the others. It doesn’t feel like it’s enough, so maybe I’ll use it too.

“Torch.”

Bou.

“Isn’t your torch too big?”

“About fifty percent more than Irina and Ayane’s.”

“Of course, it’s darling.”

“Well, it makes sense for my big brother’s magic to be great too…”

“Oh? Kasumi is getting influenced by Shouta’s weirdness too.”

“Fufu.”

Come to think of it, my magic was boosted by All Creation Engraving. I forgot because all I’ve been casting is magic missiles.

“How about we keep going this way? I’ll illuminate in front, Ayane and Irina, illuminate the sides.”

“Yes!”

“Understood.”

After a few dozen minutes of advancing and immediately turning monsters into items, we reach a wide area in the back of the cave, and another smoke swells. It feels good to open the map, count them, and spawn them just at the right time.

A Lizardman Hunter lumbers from within it, and its head is pierced with multiple arrows the moment it touches the ground.

【Level up】

【Leveled up from ninety-nine to hundred and one】

It turns into smoke without letting out a sound.

“I don’t need skills to take out something like this the moment it appears.”

I wouldn’t be so confident with one arrow, but if its head is hit with multiple ones, it’s fine. And I managed to hit level one hundred and one before facing the rare II.
