“Get him! Spray that brat’s blood for looking down on us!”
“Uooooooooh!!”
Yelled Gimoul who was in command, and the ruffians charged at Ryuuga with their own battle cries.
Leading the charge was the man he kicked before… Who let his humiliation carry him as he charged at Ryuuga with an angry expression.
“Groza the powerful will smack you down ageh?”
He swung his thick as a log arm at Ryuuga, and suddenly found he was flipped over.
Ryuuga whispered as he collapsed, not knowing what happened.
“Three down. Ninety-seven, no, ninety left.”
The first attack cut down three, including Groza, but he swung his water magic energy infused Loong King Sword.
The compressed water blade cut villains and sent them flying, and Ryuuga spoke plainly with a sigh.
“…Are you going to keep hiding? I know you’re there.”
“Kikikih! Then you understand this too, right!? If you have Jingi the assassin behind you, you’re already dead!”
The assassin disappeared like a chameleon, and attacked Ryuuga while revealing himself.
He thrust his sharp claw at Ryuuga’s undefended back, but his body was torn up before he could reach it.
“Gih, Gyaaaaaaaah!?”
Tempest Loong Sword, Wind Form ・ Wind Blade Barrier… I knew you were behind me, so obviously I prepared for you.”
“Bubeh…!”
Ryuuga set a trap for the enemy targeting his back, and roundhouse kicked Jingi after he jumped at it.
He was down and in tatters, and Ryuuga swung his dear sword in the middle of his enemies.
“Five, three, five… Four more. Counting that one, eighteen? It’s getting to be annoying to count.”
He let out a short sigh as he put down a few enemies with a sweeping slash.
He cut, thrust, and kicked enemies in all directions, and noticed ones at three o’clock that were moving in to surround him and use magic.
“I won this hunt!”
“No, my magic will do it!”
“The losers have to treat the winner to something!!”
Fire, water, lightning. The three mages activated spells each with a different element, and chatted casually.
Ryuuga squinted at the word hunt, and they released their spells towards him.
“Die! Die!!”
Magic drew closer from three sides, advancing even as they hit villains in their way.
But Ryuuga blocked them with his sword and no panic at all, combining it into one that he then fired back at one of them.
“Eh? Ugyaaaaaah!?”
“Wha!? No way… Buhi!?”
Another one was punched in the face as he was surprised.
One was scorched black as he rolled on the ground, and another fell with a bloody nose. Their leader, who looked at them in turn and recoiled, was clearly shaken as he hysterically yelled.
“N-no way!? How did we…!?”
“It looks like you’ve been targeting people who can’t defend themselves, but… Now do you understand a little what it’s like to be hunted?”
“Eek Eeek!?”
Ryuuga kicked down a man who was overcome by the pressure and pathetically collapsed.
He did not want to dirty the sword he received from his father with the blood of those who took lives for sport, so he purposefully kicked him down and cut down the villains that remained.
“Uwah!? Waaaaaaaah!!”
“W-what is this guy!? Gubeooh!?”
“Out of my way! I’ll take him ugyaah!!”
One after the other, the villains’ yells echoed.
Gimoul looked confident because of the overwhelming numerical advantage at first, but began to feel panic after seeing half of his own go down. At some point, he began to look quite shaken.
“C-Christopher! Kill that kid! Show him the power of the one they call vampire!”
“Leave it to me! Fufufu…! You did well, but surely you’re reaching your limit. Let this rapier pierce you, so I can enjoy your girlfriend’s blood!”
The man put on airs as he licked the tip of the rapier.
Christopher was called a vampire, and deemed Raiha to suit his aesthetic sense as he locked on to her as his next target.
“Now die! I will beautifully spread you all over!”
“…Two things. I am not only not at my limit, but I’m just getting warmed up. And…”
Ryuuga dodged the rapier thrust, and swung upward to deflect Christopher’s sword.
Christopher was surprised by his cool-headed attitude, as if he was not breathing, and Ryuuga spoke with irritation.
“We are not boyfriend and girlfriend. Don’t make stupid misunderstandings.”
“Gieeh!”
Christopher let out a miserable yell, as he was hit with most likely the strongest slash in this battle, and crumpled.
Ryuuga used the momentum to swing again widely and unleash a projectile slash that sent the rest flying and falling to the ground.
“Ninety-eight. Lastly…”
“E-eek!? Gabejin! Gabejin!!”
“I know, I can hear you…! I stayed still because I didn’t want to disturb the fighting…!!”
A man standing by in the back slowly walked forward, responding to Gimoul’s yells.
From a pure black shell, several needles shined, as the man known as the mad dog showed himself to Ryuuga, looking not like a human.
“You’re good. You’ll face me now…! Mad dog Gabenji…!”
“…Mad dog? You mean urchin man?”
