What if an artificial intelligence reincarnated in an underperformer’s body in another world? ~The result is super technology that will surpass anything in that world of magic – Chapter 116 – The artificial intelligence teleports

Backdoor was watching. He watched from a safe distance as Liebe lost his sense of reasoning and rampaged.

“…Ah, Ina, Ina is dead, by the Clear Skies Church, why, Ina, aaah…”

Watching humans flee in panic, and Liebe wander with dark matter behind him, was truly tasty.

The clouds hanging over Backdoor’s heart slowly cleared.

Ina’s misfortune led to Liebe’s misfortune.

Liebe’s misfortune would lead to the capital’s misfortune.

It was as though the ultimate bait brought one fish after the other.

“Nice, it will be a pretty picture.”

Everything was as Backdoor planned.

He spread a rumor to beast people, that a beast person working in Lobelia’s mansion had been executed by the Clear Skies Church. He wanted to maximize the misery. To make it as real as possible as an appetizer.

And like a virus, Ina’s tragedy spread.

Even if he had no idea where Liebe’s hatred was wandering, if he heard about the tragedy from the gaps in the vengeful spirit, he would turn into a perfect vengeful demon again.

“But… He fell for it so easily… I came up with five or six more ways to make Liebe despair, but I guess I’ll save them.”

His face showed he was satisfied.

The one thing he was not happy about, was that he did not get to see Ina’s fully dead face. But this misfortune canceled it out.

“It would be wrong for a dead guy that led Azure Skies to just come to terms and disappear… You need to be a representative of beast people with resentment towards the capital, so you can kill each other. What trouble… My peace, my best life is on the line.”

He looked on, as if getting his fill of this tragic play, as he flipped the ancient magic stone black hole numerous times in his hand.

This was Backdoor’s scrupulous and careful point. Once he heard that Qualia destroyed ancient magic stones, he worked on the theory that he could locate them.

That was why he only carried it outside the capital, and only carried it in the capital to give it back to Liebe. That would allow him to escape Qualia.

It was under this rule of always having a safe zone for himself that he once again made a lens with his right hand and watched Liebe.

“Don’t worry Ina, your big brother, will take revenge, on everything, this time… Quiet.”

Liebe’s body transformed. The dark matter mixed together, and transformed into a giant human head. He bore the mouth that turned into a guillotine, and ran around chasing the fleeing humans without them being able to perceive him.

Stealth. The humans being chased had no idea what was happening, they just feared the guillotine.

But to Backdoor, the fact that he could not be perceived was an issue.

He had one thing to do, hand over the ancient magic stone.

“Now how do I hand this over? I can’t do it when Stealth is active. And I don’t wanna do it when he’s that full moon monster… Should I follow the script of walking up to him when he’s in his humanoid form, and tell him that the Clear Skies Church wronged me too and they should die?”

Backdoor laughed loudly, as he appreciated the tragedy that now, had fully begun.

And then, Qualia suddenly appeared in it.

“Hnah!?”

He did a double take as he watched through the lens.

There was no mistaking it. Liebe was advancing in a straight line, and Qualia stood in his path.

“Qualia!?”

It was completely unexpected.

In fact, it could not be. Qualia was supposed to be surrounded by Zero Division. He was supposed to be baptized by assassins in a mansion fifty kilometers away.

It did not matter whether he killed him, or he killed them, but him being there was bad.

“It can’t be…!! Why is Qualia here!?”

Even shukuchi could not clear fifty kilometers in an instant.

There was no sign that he was approaching either. It was as though he activated something similar to Stealth, and got close without him noticing at all.

Like he moved there instantly…

“And what’s with that angel halo anyway… No, angels’ are white.”

He noticed the black ring on top of Qualia’s head, and saw the situation progressing through the lens.

“Qua… Lia…”

“Request that you cease hostile action.”

Liebe undid Stealth, perhaps also surprised by Qualia’s sudden appearance. And then, a voice with a mixture of madness and hatred hurled abuse.

“You, you, after all you said… Ina, Ina, Ina, like me, you lied. Because of you, Ina, lies!!”

Quiet Ghost appeared right on top of Qualia, and the bloody blade of the guillotine slid down.

No one saw how it got there.

“Execute Teleportation. Ina is not dead.”

But when the guillotine let out a shrill sound, Qualia was not there. He was standing several meters away.

How he got there, was completely omitted.

“But Ina needs you to recover.”

“Ina, recover… What are you, saying, Qualia… Ina… What happened?”

Quiet Ghost stopped. Not because Qualia moved away in an instant, but because of what he said.

He said Ina was still alive.

“Then… Explain.. To me…”

Quiet Ghost went beyond just stopping, and turned back into Liebe.

Even if he was not fully listening, he understood what he said, and seemed to be trying to ascertain if it was true.

“…That Liebe is listening to a human…”

That was not the Liebe Backdoor knew.

He clenched his teeth. It was starting to go awry. He heard the sound of his plans unraveling, as he continued watching this progressively grave situation.

“Request again. Use your eyes to input information. Make contact with Ina.”

Qualia touched Liebe.

“Execute Teleportation.”

And both disappeared.

“…Ah?”

They were both gone without a trace.

“Wait, wait.”

Backdoor was left holding the ancient magic stone, and yelling.

“Dammit, hold on! What just happened!?”
