“How’s that? This is power I’ve obtained! I’ve reached a height that you couldn’t reach in a million years!”
“Height…? You idiot, you’re a real moron if you can’t even notice how much you’ve fallen!”
“…Shut up about falling. You’re the one who’s fallen to the wayside, along with that scum!!”
Rush took a step forward, yelled in anger, and attacked with a thrust.
Marcos tried to block with his Giga Scissors again, but he couldn’t stop the impact of the even heavier attack.
“Gu…!”
Marcos groaned at the attack that felt almost like it pierced his armor, and tried to counter by swinging his arm and hitting Rush in the chest.
But a dull metallic sound echoed, and it did not seem to have dealt any damage to Rush.
“What a weak little attack. Like a weakling like you could ever beat me!!”
“Nuuh!”
Right, left, right again… Marcos was completely on the defensive, as Rush attacked again and again.
It was only a matter of time until Rush broke through his defenses. But as Marcos found himself unable to find a solution, and desperately used his armor to block the claw, purple blades flew towards them to help him.
“Hn? This is…!”
“Marcos! Get some distance while you can!”
“Melt Epee!? Thanks!”
The multiple blades hit Rush’s shell and shattered, but they were enough to catch him off guard and stop him.
Marcos used that opportunity to get some distance, and thanked Melt for saving him.
“Ah, perfect…! You’re here too, Melt Epee. I get to show you my power after being reborn. Today really is a wonderful day.”
“Winhelm…? Are you really Rush Winhelm…?”
“Don’t listen to him, Melt Epee. He’s not the Rush you knew anymore!”
Melt still could not believe Rush transformed into a monster armor beast, but Marcos cut away that hesitation.
At the very least, he was responsible for that situation, and he was after the children. That much was certain. And so, Melt once again created blades, and stood next to Marcos.
“What do we do? My blades can’t get through that shell.”
“…We can only aim for the face. Hit him really hard there, like Yuugo did. Cover me!”
The tactic Yuugo used to bring down the crab kaijin the other day. Marcos told Melt to aim for the face, the softest part of Rush’s body, and ran forward while infusing his Giga Scissors with magic energy.
Everything was focused on the tip of the scissors. He increased both their sharpness and power, and charged ahead to deliver his strongest attack. And he was supported by Melt, who shot out purple blades one after the other.
“Hou, I see. A moving combination attack between two weaklings. However…”
“Uoooooooh!!”
The blades shattered, and as they scattered magic energy around Rush, Marcos howled and thrust his left arm towards Rush’s face.
He used Melt’s magic energy and infused the tip of his scissors with both of their magic energy. The sharp thrust hit the monster armor beast directly in the face, and…
“…Nothing you weaklings do matter.”
“Wha…!?”
It was still too hard, and the scissors shattered.
The biggest, best, strongest attack landed perfectly, but dealt no damage to its target.
Not only that, but the magic item was shattered… Marcos was shocked, and received a sweeping claw attack to the torso.
“Guah!”
“Marcos!!”
He could not even block with the armor, and was sent flying after taking the hit head on.
There was no way a regular student would be fine after being hit with an attack that even Zenon,, with his high stats, could not fully block. The attack had enough force to break through a magic barrier, deal a lot of damage to Marcos, and take him out of action.
“Soft, soft…! This won’t even do as a warm-up.”
“You…!”
Melt wavered for a moment, as she saw Marcos in the front line get mercilessly blown away, but as she remembered the children behind her, the fighting spirit deflating inside her rose up again.
Yuugo would definitely not run away at a time like that. He would do everything he could, and find a way to break through it.
“Yaaah!!”
“Stop…! Melt, it’s no good…!”
Melt ignored the downed Marcos’ attempt to stop her, and focused her magic energy on the Seward Ring to create her strongest blade.
She grabbed the blade that shined with a purple light, and attempted to fight Rush not from afar, but at close range, which was reckless.
“What a cute resistance. Not that it matters.”
“Uh! Aah!?”
The blade shattered when it hit the sturdy shell.
Melt dropped the handle that remained in her hand, as Rush grabbed her neck with the crab claw. Rush made an unpleasant creaking noise as he foamed from the mouth, and he squinted while putting his claw on her uniform.
“Kyaaah!?”
“Rush! What are you trying to…!?”
Even the magic barrier that stopped an arachlaw would not stop Rush.
He very easily peeled off her clothes to show her underwear, and smiled joyfully as he looked at her plump chest and white skin.
“Your body looks very tasty…!! Don’t worry, I don’t mean as in to use as feed, I mean that you’re full of female charm. I will have you, but in a romantic way.”
“Gross…!!”
Melt tried to resist, even as the claw tightened around her neck, and she looked at Rush with scorn after hearing the obscene things he had to say.
Rush was enjoying it, and continued.
“Hey Melt. How about you be mine? You get how strong I am, right? If you submit to me, you can be the spouse of the strongest guy in the world. Doesn’t that sound nice?”
“Who’d want to follow someone like you!? Absolutely not!”
“Hmph, you stubborn…! But I’m liking you even more. We’ll have to reverse the order, but I’ll have you first. Let’s give those kids a sex education class.”
“Uuh…!?”
Melt was filled with unpleasantness and fear, as she closed her eyes and understood what Rush was thinking.
She felt a cold chill and her body trembled, as her bra, one of the few clothes she had left on her body was being taken off, but suddenly, she felt she was hanging in the air, and the neck that was being constricted was loose.
“Uguah!? You… Weakling…!”
“Run Melt Epee! Take the kids to the academy!!”
