Yuugo came down from Skull, and his friends ran to him.
He collapsed due to serious injuries, so they smiled broadly as they saw he ran there after waking up, and spoke to him.
“Yuugo! You woke up!!”
“How did you recover from that so quickly… You really never cease to amaze.”
“You’re pushing yourself again. You should have stayed in bed a little longer…!”
“You say that, but you told Phi where you went so I’d know when I woke up. Thanks Marcos.”
“Hmph…!!”
It was worrying for a while, but everyone was very glad to see Yuugo woke up and seemed fine.
Marcos believed he would get up and come running, and smiled as he saw Yuugo did exactly what he thought.
“…I believed in you, Ryuuga. I knew you’d save Raiha.”
“I didn’t do it alone. We all worked together. I’m here right now… because of them.”
Said Ryuuga to his partner who believed in the strength inside him and that he would break free from everything.
They stood side-by-side as they turned to Zaraki, whose anger further amplified.
“He’s become a lot weaker. Just one final push left.”
“Yes. He created loongs and it seemed he had the advantage, but Zaraki is actually close to his limit. This is basically about who can be the most stubborn.”
Yuugo was not fully recovered, and suffice to say, Ryuuga and the others were considerably injured.
However, Zaraki took as much if not more damage. All he was doing at this point was mustering up what strength remained in his body. They could win.
“Everyone…! Can you still go!?”
“Of course! You just got out of the hospital, so you should be the one resting!!”
“We need to thank Zaraki for doing whatever he wanted all this time!”
“You brats…!! How far will you go to mock me…!?”
Despite being injured and seeming like they had to muster up all their strength to stand up, Yuugo and the others did not lose the light of hope in their eyes.
Zaraki was angry that they seemed to not even see him as a threat, and yelled his resentment loudly.
“You’re not getting away with this!! I’m gonna kill you all! Eat Raiha! This time I’ll become the ultimate being!! Brats like you… No, no one in this world will look down on me! I surpassed humans!!”
“What a small man. That’s all you want to do with loong power?”
“Shut up!! Don’t mock me!!”
He yelled his wishes like a child, as his anger exploded and he yelled at kids that did not fear him.
He tried his hardest to threaten them, which backfired and made him seem small.
Even if he had loong power, no matter how astonishingly strong he became… they did not feel they could lose to such a small person.
A light burned bright in the hearts of Melt and the others, as they also looked at Zaraki and spoke to Yuugo.
“Yuugo, leave the loong to us!”
“We got our magic items back! We won’t let them get in the way.”
“It is time to make up for being such a burden!”
“So you two take care of that Zaraki!”
“Ou! Thanks everyone!”
“We will finish him by our own hand…!”
Yuugo and Ryuuga responded to the girls, and took a step forward.
Marcos looked at them as he held up his Giga Scissors, and he spoke to the girls, but…?
“Hey you! Get behind me! I’ll counter when the enemy attacks and… Ouch!?”
Suddenly a cracking sound echoed, and he yelled as he felt an intense pain on his back.
He turned around, and saw Melt and Angel with exasperated expressions, looking like they just executed open hand slaps.
“That’s not right, is it!? You shouldn’t be in front of us… There!”
Melt pointed next to Yuugo.
Marcos gulped, understanding what she meant, and Angel spoke with a soft tone.
“Go there. We don’t need to be protected.”
“Are you going to let Ryuuga hog the spotlight? Aren’t you Yuugo’s rival?”
“…Sorry!”
Marcos gave them a big nod as his voice trembled at their consideration, and ran.
Melt and Angel saw him go, and Yuugo and Ryuuga spoke to him as he stood with them.
“Hehe…! You came, Marcos. I feel sorry for the guy that has to face us.”
“This really is too much power to face a dying lizard.”
“You…! Don’t get careless. What will the girls say if the rug gets pulled from under us?”
“I know. But the three of us are together! We’re not gonna lose! Right? Ah, maybe Ryuuga should’ve said it.”
“…What do you mean by that?”
“Don’t worry about it. He gets like that sometimes, just ignore it.”
The three warriors walked side-by-side, chatting but being careful where it mattered.
Ryuuga unsheathed his katana, Marcos held up his shield, and Yuugo clenched his fist as he struck a pose, and activated Blaster.
“Here we go…! Henshin!!”
Winged loong soared. Water loong that ran on the ground. They had angry expressions, having been created by Zaraki.
Yuugo transformed in front of them while releasing a crimson light, and he yelled to his friends while glaring at his enemy.
“Let’s go! This is our stage now!!”
